They are currently seeking experienced Project Manager to Associate Director level project management professionals to join their established team and play a key role in delivering one of the world’s largest and most complex defence programmes.

Join one of the most significant defence programmes in British history, as we embark on a transformative journey to develop the next generation of nuclear-powered submarines for a landmark international security partnership. This strategic trilateral collaboration represents an unprecedented alliance between global powers, with £2.4 billion being invested over the next decade to revolutionise naval defence capabilities.

At the heart of this programme lies the development of cutting-edge nuclear reactors and propulsion systems that will power the submarine fleet protecting our nations for decades to come. They are building world-class facilities across the UK, with hundreds of millions being invested in both nuclear and non-nuclear manufacturing infrastructure that will set new global standards for defence production.

• You will have strong project management experience with a technical background from the construction sector and ideally hold professional qualifications and memberships (MCIOB, MAPM etc), along with experience of NEC contracts.
• Ideally have NEC accreditation or NEC project management experience.
• You will ideally be security cleared or able to obtain security clearance.
• You will have led/worked on large complex construction programmes of work in the construction sector.
• Able to work on own initiative with strong motivation skills.
• Strong communication skills with experience working in a client-focused environment.
• Commitment to working a minimum of 3 days on site (Tuesday to Thursday).
