The opportunity:
As a result of company growth, our client is looking for a proactive and strategic leader to join their London Project Management team as Commercial Property Lead. This role involves overseeing and expanding key subsectors, including commercial, hotels, offices, interiors, retrofit, and mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of high-profile projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop strategies to expand client presence in the commercial property sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Support clients in realigning office space, procurement, and tenure to meet evolving needs.
- Highlight growth potential in both sectors, leveraging existing client relationships and projects.
- Provide market insights, advising clients on trends and best practices.
- Lead bids and presentations to secure new projects.
- Improve office space to enhance health, wellbeing, and productivity, fostering collaboration.
- Ensure successful project delivery, maintaining quality, timelines, and budget.
- Align projects with sustainability and smart building principles.
- Advise on procurement strategies and contractual frameworks.
- Deliver a variety of projects, including new builds, fit-outs, refurbishments, and mixed-use developments.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Construction, Real Estate, Project Management or a related field.
- Chartered status (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM) is preferred but not essential.
