Known for their hands-on, client-first approach, they combine technical expertise with a deep commitment to quality, sustainability, health & safety, and social value – delivering impact across every project and relationship. As the business continues to grow, they’re now looking to appoint a Head of Project Management to lead their London office and play a central role in expanding their Southern region operations. What you’ll be doing: Leading and growing the Project Management function in London and the South East Taking full responsibility for divisional P&L and performance Overseeing end-to-end project delivery – from strategy and planning through to aftercare Developing and nurturing key client relationships Driving business development and new opportunities Championing and expanding the Construction Management offering Collaborating with fellow Directors to shape and deliver company-wide strategic objectives Leading, mentoring, and developing a growing team Playing an active role in recruitment, retention, and building a culture of excellence What we’re looking for We’re seeking someone entrepreneurial, driven, and influential – a natural leader with both the technical expertise and commercial acumen to grow a business. You’ll bring strategic thinking, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for delivering real value to clients. Key requirements: Chartered status (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or similar) A proven track record of delivering complex residential and commercial projects Strong experience in Construction Management, with the vision and passion to expand this offering Expertise across all aspects of project delivery – strategy, pre-construction, design, procurement, delivery and aftercare Confident in stakeholder engagement, client interface and team leadership Commercially astute, with strong financial management skills and data-driven decision making Excellent communicator who can engage, influence and inspire at all levels Sound understanding of contracts, procurement and risk management What’s on offer You’ll be joining a collaborative, forward-thinking consultancy at a time of significant opportunity.
