Graduate Project Manager – Construction Consultancy
Manchester with hybrid working

Company Overview
Our client is a well established innovative international real estate and infrastructure consultancy. They offer independent advice, transforming performance to safeguard the commercial interests of their clients embarking on investment programmes across real estate, infrastructure and natural resources.
Due to the number of high-profile projects our client is currently working on, they are seeking a Graduate Project Manager to join their existing team in Manchester. They are currently experiencing an exciting period of growth which comes with a multitude of high-valued projects across residential, defence and healthcare plus they have a large amount of interesting public sector work.
The Role
The successful Graduate Project Manager will work in a section of the PM team within the Manchester office. Structured training and support is available and encouraged for staff to achieve MCIOB, MRICS or MAPM.
Requirements
As a Graduate Project Manager you will have Project Management experience and ideally be working towards professional qualifications and memberships.
- Experience of working with either a consultancy or contractor within the construction industry
- Experience of working on public and/or private sector schemes is highly desired but not essential
- Able to work on own initiative with strong motivation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Professional attitude
