The role
As a Graduate/Assistant Building Surveyor, you will be an essential part of a 10-person Building Surveying team in Belfast, working on exciting retail and commercial projects within the private sector. Your primary focus will be on learning from experienced team members and contributing to the company's regional presence and expansion. Key responsibilities;
- Learn and assist with building surveying work in Belfast, focusing on commercial and private sectors
- Support the team in delivering high-quality and timely service to clients
- Develop your understanding of project management and contract administration
- Learn to conduct building/condition surveys, defect reports, and pre-acquisition assessments
- Assist with dilapidations for both landlords and tenants
- Gain experience in managing Party Wall and Neighbourly matters
- Develop your skills in design, specification, and CAD duties
