Manage marketing communications across Temperley London, delivering integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and commercial growth. Working closely with the CMO and cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, this role oversees content, campaigns, communications, and social media execution to ensure a consistent and elevated brand presence across all channels.

Marketing & Campaigns

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and social media campaigns, including strategy, content planning, budgets, and implementation schedules.
  • Drive brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across online and offline channels in line with product launches and merchandising priorities.
  • Collaborate on campaign concepts, photoshoots, casting, styling, and production timelines.
  • Manage partnerships, collaborations, events, and live brand moments including Fashion Week.
  • Produce campaign analysis and performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Research competitors, trends, and emerging social platforms.

Content & Brand Management

  • Work closely with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and freelancers to deliver high-quality digital assets.
  • Oversee asset management, ensuring all content is correctly saved and accessible.
  • Ensure all product, campaign, and web imagery aligns with brand identity and visual direction.
  • Act as a brand guardian across tone of voice, messaging, and visual consistency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Liaise with Ecommerce, Retail, Wholesale, Bridal, Design, PD, and PR agencies to ensure cohesive communication and campaign alignment.
  • Support alignment between marketing activity, trading priorities, and commercial objectives.
  • Maintain campaign and collaboration budgets.
