RESPONSIBILITIES
- Store, Stock & Inventory
- Maintaining the store and stockrooms to the highest standard
- Support with deliveries
- Carry out daily replenishment for the shop floor to ensure that sales are maximised at all times (each item is labelled appropriately and is pressed / steamed)
- Ensuring the effective movement of stock within the store and elsewhere
- Responsible for ad hoc stock related operations in the store, maintain bathroom and front of house etc
- Carry out stocktakes
- Marketing/PR/Event Management
- Supporting with all sample send outs for VIP and editorial shoots
- Assist in managing VIP and press appointments
- Marketing PR / Event management support as required
- Update Sample Tracker – ensure pieces are called back
- Support in locating samples for E-Comm shoots
- Support with shoots and sample collections
REQUIREMENTS
- Similar experience working in a fast-moving store or stockroom or warehouse environment / events management.
- Retail, marketing, or service industry experience preferred.
- Ability to use own initiative and be proactive.
- Good team player.
- Stock movement.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a can-do attitude.
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms, Word, Excel etc. and Zedonk experience preferred.
