Responsible for optimal management of International multi-channel freight & logistics. Accountable for OTIF delivery from source through end consumer. Full operational control for both in-house & 3PL warehousing & distribution function.
Primary function of role is to provide operational account for all Logistics, Warehousing, Stock Control and Distribution & Fulfilment activities in alignment with commercial strategy. Focus on servicing demanding multi-channel consumer base while optimising cost.
- Management of Domestic & International Shipping & Logistics services
- Management of company-wide 3P freight & courier contracts
- Rationalisation of Modes, Routes & Rates for supply-chain & wider business
- Management of International import/export compliance
- Management of Import Duty liabilities, both in UK and international markets
Warehouse Operations
- Responsible for in-house Warehouse operations
- Management of external Warehousing & Distribution partnerships
- Manage resource & infrastructure in support of company ambition
- Management of Return to Vendor process
Stock
- Management of company-wide stock control & inventory reporting
- Responsible for all stock entering & exiting the business
- Responsible for ERP system updates & reporting
- Responsible for the physical security of stock & auditing
Distribution
- Management of International distribution & fulfilment function in line with S&O critical path
- Servicing wholesale accounts, concessions, retail store network, and e-fulfilment
- Manage vendor compliance partnerships
- Support Production Teams in distribution of raw materials from supply base
- Support PR & Sales departments in distribution of Sample Ranges
