Own and lead the end-to-end e-commerce function, from digital sales strategy through to execution (CRM, performance marketing, and technology). Manage day-to-day trading, including web merchandising, product launches, and content updates. Maintain best-in-class UX and service excellence across site, customer service, and online feedback. Own e-commerce P&L, including forecasting, budgeting, and KPI reporting. Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports to senior management. Act as the primary point of contact for all e-commerce activity, including integrations and warehouse coordination. Lead lifecycle marketing in Klaviyo (campaigns, flows, segmentation, and targeting) to optimise engagement and conversion. Own and maintain the e-commerce calendar, aligning seasonal drops, promotions, and campaigns across channels. Oversee seasonal collection buys for e-commerce, ensuring alignment with business and merchandising strategy. Use GA4 and Looker Studio to drive data-led trading decisions. Support development of the Digital Product Passport via the Temperley ID app.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing to integrate commerce into the wider brand and digital ecosystem.
  • Work closely with Logistics and Product teams to ensure timely stock delivery and accurate product launches.
  • Align with Finance and Marketing on budget allocation and performance.
  • Collaborate with Retail to ensure consistent brand identity and omni-channel alignment.

Back-Office Operations & Tech

  • Oversee e-commerce systems, ensuring all connectors and integrations are functioning effectively.
  • Monitor stock against sales orders to ensure accurate allocation.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and resolve in a timely manner.
  • Compile and manage mass product data for online use.
  • Conduct regular site audits and tech stack reviews with developers and stakeholders.

Marketplaces

  • Own marketplace relationships, acting as the main contact for external partners.
  • Monitor marketplace performance, stock allocation, and pricing competitiveness.
  • Identify promotional opportunities and assess impact on DTC channels.

Digital Advertising & Growth

  • Develop commercial creative assets and copy for paid media.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and agencies on paid social and search strategy, optimising CAC and ROAS.
  • Manage day-to-day agency relationships across digital advertising and site optimisation.
  • Drive innovative, performance-led approaches to grow e-commerce revenue.

DTC & Retail Integration

  • Manage DTC distribution across partner channels (e.g. resale platforms and Farfetch).
  • Support omni-channel initiatives with Retail (events, services, customer experience).
  • Monitor and optimise stock levels across owned and partner channels.

Performance, Analysis & Innovation

  • Conduct weekly and monthly performance analysis across own channels and marketplaces.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends, identifying risks and opportunities (SWOT).
  • Deliver monthly reports to senior management with actionable insights.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies (including AI) and recommend innovations to enhance performance.
