TITLE: Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager

REPORTS TO: Sales & Merchandising Director

OVERVIEW OF ROLE:

To manage the Temperley London Website, associated marketing activity and all other related tasks to maintain and grow successful Ecommerce operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

E-COMMERCE

  • Lead digital sales strategy spanning site, CRM, performance marketing, and retention across UK and international
  • Lead lifecycle marketing in Klaviyo, managing all campaigns and flows, alongside segmentation and targeting to drive open rate, click rate and conversion
  • Oversee paid social and search, optimising for CAC and ROAS in partnership with agencies
  • Own ecommerce P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and KPI reporting
  • Be a champion for UX online, driving CVR and CLTV alongside other key metrics
  • Manage DTC marketplace distribution and partner channels, including second-hand resale website and Farfetch
  • Collaborate with retail on omni-channel initiatives, such as Click & Collect and alterations, driving sales and customer experience
  • Be a brand guardian across digital touchpoints, bridging brand and commerce in all activities
  • Collaborate closely with Logistics, Finance, Social, Retail and Product teams for cross-functional planning
  • Lead day-to-day operations including web merchandising, product launches and content updates
  • Support the ongoing development of our Digital Product Passport via Temperley ID app
  • Use GA4 and Looker Studio for performance insights to guide trade decisions
  • Manage two direct reports across merchandising and customer service, plus freelancers and external partners
  • Be the channel owner and point of contact for all e-commerce activity and development, such as ERP integrations and relevant 3PL warehouse activities
  • Review digital tech stack and performance, via site walkthroughs and audits, alongside developers and senior stakeholders
  • Own and update the omni-channel marketing calendar with seasonal drops, product focuses, promotional activity, and events
  • Place seasonal collection buys for e-commerce channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives, merchandising and other sales teams
  • Maintain service excellence by overseeing customer service and online feedback
  • Analyse competitors and market activity, keeping abreast of new developments and technologies Think of creative and commercial ways to showcase and drive Temperley brand digitally
  • Partner with key stakeholders to support organic digital growth

REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrated experience of managing team and experience in fashion.
  • Keen interest in fashion, with experience in premium and luxury brands a plus
  • Prior experience working with Shopify Plus is essential
  • Experience with email and SMS marketing. Klaviyo background preferred
  • Understanding of Affiliates and SEO advantageous
  • Detail oriented with strong follow through; organise, prioritise multiple projects
  • Comfortable with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads
  • Ability to be agile, hands-on, and collaborative in a small team environment
  • Comfortable problem solving and making data-driven decisions
  • Strong communicator with copywriting and editing skills a plus
  • Immediately available or short notice period preferred.
