Due to continued growth, Temperature Control Limited, one of the most respected contractors in the industry, are currently recruiting for an experienced service and maintenance air-conditioning engineer to join our Manchester office. Providing a twenty-four-hour call out service to our customer base which includes organisations in the hotel and leisure sectors. Our aim is to support the needs of customers through excellent customer care.
Role Responsibilities
- Efficient diagnosis of faults in response to reactive service calls aiming to provide a first-time fix and ensure continuity of service for our customers.
- Ability to complete planned system repairs in a timely manner following quoted works.
- Completion of planned maintenance works and identification of any system errors which may require further investigation or works.
- Carrying out planned maintenance to the highest standard.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Will be a self-motivated team member eager to learn.
- Be enthusiastic with a 'hands on, can do' approach willing to pitch in and help irrespective of the works involved.
- Must hold a valid UK Driving Licence.
- Have 4 years previous experience in a similar role.
- Should have experience in delivering customer care and be focused on supporting the needs of the customer.
- F-Gas qualification.
- Current CITB card advantageous.
- Knowledge skills & experience on leading air conditioning manufacturers systems especially Daikin, Mitsubishi and Sanyo/Panasonic VRF/V systems.
- Experience of chillers and central plant an advantage but not essential.
- Performance and quality focused.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and manufacturer bespoke software packages.
- Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
