We’re now looking for a friendly, proactive, and organised Trade Counter Assistant to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve customers at the trade counter, offering advice and upselling where appropriate.
- Build quotes and manage trade accounts.
- Provide accurate product and technical information.
- Process orders in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Keep stock areas, displays, and the trade counter well-organised and presentable.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular trade customers.
- Previous experience in a trade counter or similar customer-facing role.
- Confident communicator with great people skills and a positive attitude.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, hardworking team player.
