Location: London or remote, but must be able to travel to Midlands/Cardiff/Manchester/Bham.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow the logistics vertical — from cold outreach to signed contract and successful onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of warehousing and logistics operators across the UK.
  • Conduct targeted research into local markets, company profiles, and buyer personas to identify high‑value opportunities.
  • Drive the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, pitch, negotiate, close and onboard.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Account Management and Operations to refine our go‑to‑market motion and continuously improve conversion rates.

You’ll join a high‑performing sales team, working closely with the Head of Sales to drive Temper’s UK logistics growth. This role is primarily remote, allowing you to work from your location, but you’ll come to the London office from time to time to build relationships and stay connected with the team.
