We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our UK team at Temper.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of hospitality and retail SMEs, building strong professional relationships and staying informed about market developments.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities for each client and expand the client base.
- Understand customer needs and position Temper as a staffing and workforce expert, steering conversations toward successful outcomes.
- Coordinate with the Marketplace Success Team to ensure clients’ needs are met and plan long‑term projects.
Who We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years of relevant commercial experience in account management, operations, or sales.
- Experience managing a diverse portfolio of SMEs—ideally in a marketplace environment.
- Highly organized, self‑disciplined, and data‑driven, with a commercial mindset; phone‑first attitude.
- Fluent in English and comfortable conducting challenging conversations.
- Based in or near London and willing to travel to meet clients face‑to‑face.
- Experience with tools such as Asana, Salesforce, or Looker is a plus.
