Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end shipment coordination for import/export operations
- Process and handle high volume Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, internal stakeholders, and freight forwarders
- Prepare and verify shipping and logistics documents including invoices and BLs
- Monitor shipment schedules, order backlogs, and delivery timelines
- Ensure smooth execution of logistics operations and resolve shipment issues promptly
- Maintain accurate system updates and operational records
- Support forecasting, cost tracking, and ad-hoc supply chain activities
- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
- 2–3 years of relevant supply chain/logistics experience
- Mandatory: Strong understanding of import/export processes and Incoterms
- Mandatory: Experience handling high volume Purchase Orders (POs)
- Experience coordinating with freight forwarders and overseas stakeholders preferred
- SAP knowledge is advantageous
- Strong coordination, communication, and multitasking skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight timelines
- Comfortable with overtime and occasional overseas travel
