Temp Station are excited to announce we are looking for another member of staff to join our team in Normanton (WF6) as a Transport and Recruitment consultant. This office is a fast-paced environment working filling client bookings on the spot as well as logistical planning ahead, along with driver recruitment.

The right candidate would be a driven individual looking to start a long-term career in a close-knit company with great opportunities to progress within the business.

Job role duties include but are not limited to:

  • Building and maintaining client relationships
  • Working alongside members of the team in all offices within the company
  • Developing a full understanding of all areas of the business from recruitment to logistics planning
  • Developing a basic understanding of all back office and administration processes
  • Filling and confirming bookings and tracking all of this on our central plan
  • Taking part in our out of hours on-call rota once established within the company

About the candidate:

  • Friendly and approachable with a willingness to learn
  • Computer literate
  • Basic qualifications required (Maths & English)
  • Candidate will preferably have a minimum of 12 months previous experience in either transport or recruitment sector

Working week is 08:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday. This is an open-ended position. As you grow within the company, we will encourage you to develop your key strengths and progress to your fullest potential. Salary to be negotiated; however, the candidate will be coming in on a great initial package with benefits.
