Temp Station is a logistics labour provider across the UK. Due to client growth, we have a number of class 1 vacancies to work on afters/nights for one of our National Blue Chip clients running out of Crayford (DA1). The average is around 3 to 4 trailer swaps, and there is no manual handling involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- The role will be a trunk run/trailer swaps at set hubs nationwide.
- Ensure the company’s Health and Safety policy is adhered to.
- Communicate with the transport office.
- Complete all paperwork in an orderly manner.
- Work to all WTD rules.
- This is a set run with timed drops working Monday to Friday, with start times between 1600-2000.
- Start dates are various over the next few weeks.
- This role is agency work and adhoc, not guaranteed every week.
Skills and Experience:
- Full C+E license, Digi Card, and full CPC required.
- 1 year’s experience required for insurance purposes.
- Good communication skills required.
- No DD, DR, INs and no more than 6 points on your license.
We can also offer Temp Station drivers uniform and in-house CPC training at a reduced cost.
PAY RATES:
PAYE - £18.00 - £22.00 (PAYE drivers only).
