What you'll be doing:
Full cycle, 360 recruitment. Business to business outbound sales. Managing existing accounts while developing new business opportunities. Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships. Registering and interviewing candidates, ensuring compliance with GDPR. Regularly updating our CRM system.
What you'll need?
Proven 360 recruitment experience (driving/transport/logistics experience is a bonus!) A resilient and positive attitude that keeps you motivated. Passion for hitting team goals and personal targets. A love for engaging with people, building relationships.
