We are currently recruiting compassionate, reliable and motivated Youth Support Workers to support children and young people across a range of care and supported-living settings. You will play an important role in helping young people develop confidence, independence and essential life skills while providing a safe, supportive and positive environment. Your key responsibilities.
Provide practical and emotional support to young people.
Build positive and professional relationships with young people.
Support individuals with education ,training and employment goals.
Encourage independent-living skills, including budgeting, cooking and maintaining accommodation.
Support young people to attend appointments and community activities.
Act as a positive role model and promote positive choices.
