Temp All Staffing Ltd are currently recruiting for a Permanent Housekeeper on behalf of our client, a leading wellness venue. This is a unique opportunity to work within a premium hospitality environment where high standards and guest experience are the top priorities. This is a multi-faceted position that combines cleaning supervision, laundry management, and guest service.

Shifts:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Rotational 6am–2:30pm / 9am–5:30pm / 12pm–8:30pm (Must be able to cover a mixture of all shifts)

Job Role:

  • Standards & Supervision: Oversee the daily cleaning team and provide hands-on support to ensure all areas meet luxury standards.
  • Operational Support: Manage in-house laundry duties and ensure turn-down services are completed efficiently.
  • Guest Service: Assist with the professional service of meals during dining times, interacting with clients in a warm and helpful manner.
  • Detail Management: Maintain a sharp eye for detail to ensure every aspect of the guest’s environment is perfect.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Flexibility: Full availability for a variable 40-hour weekly roster, including weekends.
  • Experience: Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality with a strong “customer-first” mindset.
  • Physical Stamina: The role is active and requires the physical agility to manage housekeeping duties across a large site.
  • Transport: Must be a driver with a reliable vehicle.
