We are seeking a personable and efficient Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role involves preparing and serving drinks, engaging with guests, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar environment is preferred, along with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Shift – Saturday 27th June – Working 2.00pm until Midnight

The Role:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages – Ideally experience within cocktail making but this is not essential
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and serve drinks promptly
- Ensure all drinks are prepared safely, adhering to food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
- Handle cash transactions accurately
Your Experience/Requirements:
- Proven experience in hospitality or serving roles within a restaurant or bar environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse customers
- Good organisational skills to manage multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Effective time management to ensure prompt service even during peak hours
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
