Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategic Commercial Manager to lead their commercial operations and drive business growth. Duties & Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth: Partner with executive leadership to implement commercial strategies that maximise profitability and support group performance.
- Commercial Negotiations: Lead discussions with clients, suppliers, and contractors to secure favourable, long-term contractual agreements.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple technical, time-intensive projects using Microsoft Project to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Operations Support: Collaborate with the Production Director to create estimates, provide technical leadership, and manage key project workflows.
- Functional Leadership: Manage multidisciplinary business teams to foster a high-performance culture and ensure strict health and safety compliance.
