Temp All Staffing are currently recruiting for Support Workers on behalf of our client based in Thaxted. You will be responsible for supporting young individuals with complex needs including Challenging Behaviours, Learning Disabilities, Complex care needs and Emotional Behavioural Difficulties within a privately owned home.

  • Meeting the needs of the Children and Young people in line with Ofsted regulations
  • Organising and facilitating Social Activities (out of school)
  • Maintaining the home (laundry, cleaning, shopping)
  • Personal Care where required

Working Hours

Day shifts: 7:30am - 3:00pm / 14:30pm - 10:00pm
