Temp All Staffing are currently recruiting for Registered Nurses to expand our growing team. We have exciting positions in various care and community settings throughout the region and have flexibility around day and night shifts, whichever suit your needs. Your role will involve delivering person centred care to our clients, assessing, and managing client care needs, personal care, social activities, promoting independence, dignity, and respect and participating in an MDT approach.

Job Role:
Our registered nurses will:
- Provide a high level of care to the residents and assist those that require help with:
- Manual Handling and Mobility
- Fluid and Nutritional Intake
- Personal Care
- Dressing
- Continence Care
- Promoting Independence, Choice, Dignity and respect
- Participation in recreational activities
- Prompt and assist with medication when required
Education, Skills and Qualifications:
- 1 year’s post registration experience
- Diploma/degree in Adult Nursing / Mental Health Nursing. On-going training provided to run in line with NMC revalidation requirements.
- Applicant will be expected to comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practice.
- You may need to provide your covid vaccination status.
