Temp All Staffing are currently recruiting for Support Workers on behalf of our client based in Thaxted. You will be responsible for supporting young individuals with complex needs including Challenging Behaviours, Learning Disabilities, Complex care needs and Emotional Behavioural Difficulties within a privately owned home.

Job Role
- Meeting the needs of the Children and Young people in line with Ofsted regulations
- Organising and facilitating Social Activities (out of school)
- Maintaining the home (laundry, cleaning, shopping)
- Personal Care where required
Working Hours
- Day shifts: 7:30am - 3:00pm / 2:30pm - 10:00pm
- Night shift: 9:30pm - 8:00am
Education, Skills and Qualifications
- Full UK driving license with access to own vehicle is essential; however, if you do not have a full licence but can get to Thaxted you will still be considered.
- Care experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Flexible, reliable, and adaptable.

Experience:
