Are you an experienced HR generalist with a passion for driving positive employee experiences and strategic people initiatives in a dynamic, global environment? We are looking for a Senior People Advisor to join our collaborative and forward-thinking HR team. Based in our London Fenchurch Street office, this is a high-impact role supporting our UK & Ireland business units across all facets of the employee lifecycle — from employee relations and engagement to recruitment, mobility, and compliance. Employee Relations Advise managers on performance, grievance, disciplinary and absence matters with a strong grasp of employment law Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies Review, update, and implement HR policies to ensure legal compliance and best practices Employee Experience Lead engagement initiatives and wellbeing programmes for UK & Ireland teams Partner with our Global Employee Experience team to shape employee journeys from onboarding to offboarding Talent & Recruitment Advise on recruitment strategy, job descriptions, and salary benchmarking Work closely with Talent Acquisition and HR Operations teams to manage seamless hiring and onboarding processes Compensation, Benefits & Mobility Provide support during payroll cycles and global mobility processes Assist with visa, immigration and international transfer procedures as needed Projects & Process Improvement Contribute to global and regional HR projects including recognition, engagement and compliance Drive process improvements and automation for greater HR efficiency Additional Support internal audits and ensure HR compliance Coordinate staff events to boost engagement and morale About You Proven experience as an HR Generalist/Advisor in a complex, matrixed organisation Skilled stakeholder manager with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels Data-driven thinker with strong analytical and critical problem-solving skills Comfortable owning key HR processes and delivering independently Excellent understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices Proactive, resilient, and adaptable with strong business acumen
