The Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) requires an experienced professional to proactively lead customer executives and Temenos teams, to achieve product adoption/utilization, customer and revenue retention, and business value outcomes, ultimately leading to customer referenceability/advocacy. Reporting to the Head of Global Customer Success, this is an individual contributor role requiring independence and influence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver results for up to 20 strategic, named customer accounts – Net Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) Retention targets, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) continuous improvement – and receiving associated incentive compensation.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPI) include customer executive engagements and onsite QBRs, Success Plans, product utilization, customer references and case studies.
  • Build relationships and influence customer’s COO and CIO to achieve their business outcomes.
  • Be the customer’s Single Point of Contact and act as an overall escalation point into Temenos.

SKILLS

  • Languages: French and English.
  • Collaborate and proactively lead across Temenos: Sales Account Exec, SaaS Delivery Manager, Services, Support, Training, Product Management, and Finance.
  • Provide accurate ARR Retention & Attrition forecasting in Salesforce and Clari, plus customer and engagements data in ChurnZero.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our banking software products and services.
  • Ability to travel regularly and be onsite with customers in the region Europe.
  • You should have a proven record as a CSM and achievement of ARR Retention targets, in the SaaS banking and financial services sectors (7 years or more).
  • Have experience applying Salesforce, Clari, ChurnZero, and Microsoft suite.
  • You should have a university education in relevant disciplines, such as Business Administration, Analytics, Finance, or Computer Science.
  • You are able to deal with people at all levels within an organization and show and demonstrate negotiating skills with key decision-makers.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to establish interest, trust, and credibility.
  • You are highly organized with excellent time and project management skills and attention to detail.
