The Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing Europe, you will co-lead regional demand-generation and campaign performance across Europe. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution—contributing to and developing Europe sub-region marketing plans, optimizing campaigns, nurturing cross-functional collaboration, and ultimately driving pipeline and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Regional Strategy & Campaign Execution – translate global marketing mandates into bespoke Europe integrated campaigns to drive commercial outcomes and brand awareness, including digital outreach, content syndication for lead generation, ABM programs, webinars, social media, hosted and roundtable events, and localized content marketing.
- Budget Management – plan and manage budgets for demand generation programs, ensuring cost-effective deployment across channels and maximizing ROI. Optimize cost per MQL, cost per SAL, and pipeline ROI to inform future marketing investments.
- Process Improvement & Best Practice Scaling – pilot new tactics and scale best practices across global marketing teams.
- Performance & Reporting – scale investment, approach and outcomes across all marketing programs to drive MQLs, SALs, and pipeline opportunities across Europe. Monitor KPIs and campaign ROI, optimize the funnel, share performance insights, and collaborate with sales using tools like Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot and analytics tools.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – partner with Regional Sales, Solution, Product, Global Marketing, Partner Marketing and Global comms to align messaging, co-develop GTM assets, and activate campaigns. Work with digital marketing, marketing operations, sales excellence, finance, procurement, and legal to optimize regional programs.
- Event Strategy & Execution – co-lead planning and execution of high-impact B2B events in Europe, including conferences, executive roundtables, partner-led events, webinars, and trade shows. Collaborate with industry and partner teams to deliver compelling event experiences that drive engagement and pipeline.
- Digital Lead Gen Programs – execute regional field marketing initiatives to support sales teams, including digital campaigns, content syndication, and ABM programs.
- Content Marketing & Thought Leadership – co-lead integrated content marketing across channels and priority markets to amplify thought leadership and demand generation.
- Partner Marketing – align with global partner marketing to activate joint programs with strategic partners, ensuring alignment with regional GTM priorities and maximizing co-marketing opportunities.
Skills & Experience
- 8+ years in B2B marketing, with 5+ years at a strategic or senior management level.
- Strong SaaS/Tech/BFSI background—especially Cloud or financial services products.
- Robust expertise in integrated marketing demand-gen and pipeline-driving programs across digital, events and content marketing with metrics reporting.
- Strong partner marketing experience across EMEA preferred.
- Proficient with Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot and data analytics to drive decisions.
- Proven track record in managing medium-to-large scale marketing programs and cross-functional teams across regions.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Hands-on, data-driven mindset with a practical, roll-up-the-sleeves approach.
