THE ROLE

We're looking for a Senior Communications Business Partner to serve as the strategic communications advisor to one of the company's most critical business functions, partnering closely with the Chief Officer and members of their leadership team. You will shape the function's communications strategy, narrative and leadership communications, connecting functional priorities to the broader company strategy while helping leaders communicate vision, priorities and impact clearly across internal and external audiences. This role is part of the central Corporate Communications team, reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate Communications. It is a high-impact role for a senior communications leader with sharp business judgement, strong executive presence and exceptional storytelling ability.

OPPORTUNITIES

  • Executive Communications & Strategic Counsel
    • Lead communications strategy and execution for key executive moments including town halls, transformation initiatives, organizational announcements, keynote presentations and social media activity.
    • Develop executive messaging and thought leadership content across internal and external audiences.
    • Provide strategic counsel on high-profile, sensitive or complex communications.
  • Functional Communications & Leadership Alignment
    • Develop and execute communications plans that support business objectives and build understanding of functional priorities and progress.
    • Create communication frameworks, leadership cascades and messaging that enable consistent communication across the function.
    • Use insights and feedback to strengthen communication effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership
    • Partner with Internal Communications, PR, Social Media, Content, Digital & Brand, Product Marketing and People teams to deliver integrated communications that maximise impact across channels and audiences.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 8+ years' experience in executive communications, corporate communications, internal communications or strategic communications.
  • Proven experience supporting C-suite executives and senior leadership teams.
  • Experience developing communications strategies aligned to business priorities and organisational change.
  • Technology, SaaS, fintech or product-led company experience preferred.

Desirable

  • Experience working closely with Product, Product Marketing, Engineering or Technology leadership teams.
  • Ability to translate complex strategies, innovation programs and technical concepts into clear business narratives.
