The Head of Talent, Performance & Organisational Design is a critical leadership role within the HR function, accountable for shaping Temenos’ future‐ready organisation. This role drives how the company develops, deploys and evolves talent at scale, ensuring that organisational design, performance management and workforce strategy are fully aligned to business priorities.
A key focus of the role is to lead enterprise‐wide organisational design and workforce transformation, leveraging AI‐enabled insights and advanced strategic workforce planning to ensure Temenos has the right skills, structures and capabilities to deliver its growth, innovation and efficiency ambitions. The role operates as a strategic partner to the senior leaders, translating business strategy into sustainable organisation models, talent systems and performance frameworks.
Key Accountabilities- Strategic Workforce Planning & Talent Transformation
- Own and lead Temenos’ end‐to‐end Strategic Workforce Planning strategy, ensuring insight‐led decisions on capacity, capability, location, cost and future skill requirements.
- Develop forward‐looking workforce scenarios that anticipate shifts in technology, automation, AI and market demand.
- Lead enterprise talent transformation initiatives, including skills evolution, role redesign, internal mobility and build‐vs‐buy strategies.
- Organisational Design & Job Architecture
- Define and govern Temenos’ Organisational Design principles, ensuring clarity, scalability and speed across functions and regions.
- Lead organisation design for major transformations, restructures, M&A integrations and growth initiatives.
- Oversee job architecture, role clarity and career frameworks to ensure consistency, equity and internal transparency.
- Apply analytical, data‐driven approaches to evaluate organisation effectiveness and operating models.
- AI‐Enabled Organisation & Future of Work
- Act as a thought leader on how AI and emerging technologies will reshape organisational design, roles, skills and ways of working.
- Partner with HR Technology, People Analytics and IT to embed AI‐enabled insights into workforce planning, role design and performance management.
- Ensure Temenos is building ethical, human‐centric organisation models that balance automation with engagement, capability building and culture.
- Performance Management & Talent Systems
- Own the design and continuous evolution of Temenos’ performance management framework, ensuring strong differentiation, accountability and alignment to company values.
- Ensure performance, development, reward and progression are connected within a coherent talent ecosystem.
- Champion a high‐performance culture through clear expectations, meaningful feedback and data‐driven decision‐making.
- Stakeholder Partnership & Leadership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief People Officer, and senior leadership on organisation effectiveness and talent strategy.
- Lead and develop a high‐impact global team spanning organisational design, workforce planning and performance.
- Influence at the most senior levels and build strong credibility across HR, Finance and the business.
- Demonstrable experience in a senior HR or People leadership role covering Organisational Design, Strategic Workforce Planning and Talent Transformation.
- Strong track record of designing and implementing enterprise‐scale organisation and workforce change in complex, global environments.
- Deep expertise in operating model design, job architecture and role clarity.
- Proven experience applying AI, data and analytics to workforce strategy, organisation design or talent decision‐making.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link people and organisation decisions directly to business outcomes.
- Executive‐level stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience in technology, software or fast‐evolving, knowledge‐driven organisations.
- Exposure to large‐scale transformation, growth or post‐merger integration environments.
- Experience working with advanced people analytics platforms and Workday‐enabled workforce insight.
- Strategic and future‐oriented thinker with the ability to balance innovation and pragmatism.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and leading complex change.
- Highly analytical, insight‐driven and commercially minded.
- Collaborative, inclusive and values‐led leader with strong personal credibility.
- Maternity leave: Transition back with 3 days per week in the first month and 4 days per week in the second month.
