Eligibility: Applicants must be qualified lawyers with a minimum of five years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in the technology sector and data protection. Candidates should possess demonstrable knowledge of global privacy laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and PIPEDA. CIPP/E, CIPP/US, or CIPT credentials are preferred.
