Role Purpose
This role supports Temenos’ Investor Relations activities, reporting to and working closely with the Director of Corporate Affairs across all aspects of investor relations. The position plays a key role in financial analysis, consensus tracking, investor communications and engagement, as well as the preparation of high-quality materials for investors and analysts and acting as a conduit between the market, senior leadership and the Board. The role will also occasionally support CEO communications and contribute more broadly to Corporate Affairs initiatives as required, offering strong exposure to senior leadership, capital markets, and corporate messaging.
Key Responsibilities
Investor Relations Support
- Support the maintenance and development of the Investor Relations financial model, including analysis of key performance indicators, guidance ranges, and variances versus sell-side consensus.
- Assist with consensus monitoring and analysis, supporting internal discussions around market expectations and financial guidance.
- Help prepare investor-facing materials, including earnings presentations, factsheets, scripts, and Q&A documents.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of the IR Q&A database, anticipating investor and analyst questions.
- Support on internal dissemination of investor relations materials including reports for senior leadership and Board.
- Track investor sentiment and market perception, summarising insights from analyst reports, peer activity, and market trends for internal stakeholders.
Investor Engagement & Coordination
- Support day-to-day investor relations coordination, including external correspondence with investors, analysts and advisors.
- Assist in the preparation of briefing packs, presentations and background materials for management and board-level investor meetings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the IR CRM system, including contact details, meeting notes, and engagement history.
- Help plan and organise investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, site visits and capital markets events.
- Support the maintenance and timely updating of the Investor Relations section of the Temenos corporate website.
Corporate Affairs & CEO Communications Support
- Provide occasional support on CEO communications, including briefing materials, presentations, and external messaging as required.
- Contribute to wider Corporate Affairs initiatives, working collaboratively across Communications, Sustainability, strategy and corporate messaging projects.
- Assist with internal dissemination of key external news, including market developments, peer activity and relevant research.
Stakeholder Interaction
- Work closely with colleagues within the Corporate Affairs organization including Communication, Brand and Sustainability, as well as other areas including Finance, Strategy and senior leadership.
- Interact regularly with external stakeholders including institutional investors, sell-side analysts and advisors.
- Build trusted internal relationships by clearly communicating insights, market perspectives and factual analysis.
- Support senior stakeholders with accurate, concise and timely information.

Experience & Profile
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), ideally in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field, but happy to consider other degree backgrounds.
- Typically 3–5 years’ experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, equity research, financial analysis, or a related corporate environment.
- Strong financial and analytical skills, with an interest in capital markets and corporate communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, senior-stakeholder environment.
