THE ROLE

As the Global Head of Partner Ecosystem, you will lead the development, execution, and scaling of our strategic partnerships and alliances worldwide. You will be responsible for building a robust ecosystem of technology, implementation, and channel partners to accelerate growth, expand market reach, and enhance customer success. This pivotal role requires a strategic leader who can operate at the intersection of technology, financial services, and go-to-market execution, fostering relationships that drive innovation and revenue. This role will report into the EVP, Global Alliances and Partner Ecosystem.

OPPORTUNITIES

  • Ecosystem Strategy Development: You will define and implement a global partner ecosystem strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities. You will identify, prioritize, and onboard key partners, including technology alliances, service integrators, and channel partners. You will develop market-specific strategies to optimize partner engagement and penetration.
  • Partner Acquisition & Enablement: You will build and manage a diverse portfolio of partnerships that drive mutual value. You will establish frameworks for partner onboarding, training, and certification programs to ensure alignment and readiness. You will create co-marketing and co-selling strategies with partners to maximize impact.
  • Revenue Growth & Business Development: You will drive incremental revenue growth by leveraging partner channels and joint go-to-market initiatives. You will collaborate with sales and product teams to identify and execute joint opportunities. You will measure and report on the contribution of partner programs to revenue and customer acquisition targets.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: You will work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure partners are integrated into the overall company strategy. You will align with customer success teams to support joint delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Governance & Relationship Management: You will establish clear KPIs and metrics to measure partner ecosystem performance. You will maintain and grow executive-level relationships with key partners. You will negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring compliance and mutual benefit.

SKILLS

You should have 10+ years of leadership experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development roles, ideally in financial services, SaaS, or enterprise software industries. You should have a deep understanding of the financial services industry, technology ecosystems, and SaaS business models. You will have proven success in building and scaling global partner ecosystems that drive significant revenue impact. You will have strong team management and cross-functional leadership skills. You will have excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. You should have experience with fintech, banking, or financial software platforms. You should be familiar with cloud ecosystems (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). You should be proficient in CRM and partner management tools (e.g., Salesforce, PRM platforms).
