ABOUT TEMENOS

Temenos powers a world of banking that creates opportunities for billions of people and businesses everywhere. We have been doing this for over 30 years through the pioneering spirit of our Temenosians who are passionate about making banking better, together.

We serve over 3000 clients from the largest to challengers and community banks in 150+ countries. We collaborate with clients to build new banking services and state-of-the-art customer experiences on our open banking platform, helping them operate more sustainably.

At Temenos, we have an open-minded and inclusive culture, where everyone has the power to create their own destiny and make a positive contribution to the world of banking and society.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Total Rewards Lead who’s curious, analytical, and not afraid to ask \”why not?\”. You’ll be the right arm of the Group Head of Total Rewards — helping us build smarter, fairer, more exciting ways to reward and recognize our people around the world.

Not just salary reviews and bonus calculations. We want someone who gets the bigger picture: how compensation, benefits, mobility, payroll, and incentives all come together to create a great employee experience.

You won’t manage payroll or mobility teams — but you’ll be expected to know enough to make smart calls, ask great questions, and help connect all the moving parts.

If you love the idea of mixing structure with creativity, if you like working with data and people, and if you’re ready to challenge old-school HR thinking, we want to meet you.

OPPORTUNITIES

• Keeping our compensation programs sharp, competitive, and aligned with who we are (not just what
everyone else is doing).

• Helping evolve our benefits — thinking flexibly, globally, and with a wellbeing-first mindset.

• Bringing your knowledge of LTIPs (RSUs, PSUs, SARs — all the fun acronyms) to the table to help us
communicate and improve our long-term reward strategies.

• Spotting connections between payroll, mobility, and rewards — and suggesting better ways to make it
all work together.

• Using data like a pro: building models, analyzing pay equity, forecasting costs — and translating
numbers into real insights.

• Driving forward pay transparency, fair pay initiatives, and personalized reward strategies that reflect the
diverse lives our people live.

• Keeping your radar up: trends, tech, regulations — bringing fresh ideas before we even have to ask.

• Jumping into special projects when needed — retention programs, recognition schemes, mergers &
acquisitions, you name it.

SKILLS

• Around 6–8 years\’ experience across Compensation & Benefits, ideally with a mix of consulting (Big 4 or
similar) and in-house corporate experience.

• A strong foundation across compensation, benefits, international mobility concepts, payroll basics, and
incentive plans.

• Serious analytical skills (Excel is your playground) and a love for turning complex data into simple, clear
stories.

• A curious mind, a proactive attitude, and a desire to make things better — not just manage what’s
already there.

• Someone who communicates clearly and thinks creatively, not just ticking HR boxes.

• Someone who believes Total Rewards is about people first — not just policies and numbers.

VALUES

  • CarethatTotal Rewards is about people first.
  • Commit to spotting connections between payroll, mobility, and rewards.
  • Collaborate by jumping into special projects when needed.
  • Challenge to make sure our Temenos compensation programs are sharp and competitive.

SOME OF OUR BENEFITS include:

  • Maternity leave:Transition back with 3 days per week in the first month and 4 days per week in the second month
  • Civil Partnership:1 week of paid leave if you\’re getting married. This covers marriages and civil partnerships, including same sex/civil partnership
  • Family care:4 weeks of paid family care leave
  • Recharge days:4 days per year to use when you need to physically or mentally needed to recharge
  • Study leave:2 weeks of paid leave each year for study or personal development
