THE ROLE |
We’re looking for a Total Rewards Lead who’s curious, analytical, and not afraid to ask \”why not?\”. You’ll be the right arm of the Group Head of Total Rewards — helping us build smarter, fairer, more exciting ways to reward and recognize our people around the world. Not just salary reviews and bonus calculations. We want someone who gets the bigger picture: how compensation, benefits, mobility, payroll, and incentives all come together to create a great employee experience. You won’t manage payroll or mobility teams — but you’ll be expected to know enough to make smart calls, ask great questions, and help connect all the moving parts.
