THE ROLE
As Head of People Analytics, you will lead Temenos’ people analytics capability, transforming HR data into actionable insights that inform workforce strategy, talent decisions, and business outcomes. You will define and execute a global people analytics strategy, enabling data-driven decision-making across HR and the wider business. You will act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, bridging HR, Finance, and the business to translate complex data into meaningful insights that drive organizational performance and employee experience.
OPPORTUNITIES
- Define and execute a comprehensive People Analytics strategy aligned with organizational goals and business strategy.
- Design and implement advanced analytical and predictive models to forecast key HR metrics including retention, turnover, recruitment, engagement, and workforce planning.
- Translate analytical findings into clear, business-focused insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Lead data-driven workforce planning, including total workforce cost analysis, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to deliver timely and actionable insights.
- Establish and lead data governance practices to ensure data quality, integrity, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to define a standardized set of HR and talent KPIs.
- Promote a data-driven culture across HR and the organization by democratizing access to insights and analytics tools.
- Ensure robust data management practices for large, multi-source datasets, including data transformation and cleansing.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging analytics technologies to continuously advance analytics maturity.
- Provide strategic advice and decision support, demonstrating the value of people insights through measurable outcomes.
