OPPORTUNITIES
- You will be supporting the sales organization as a trusted wealth management expert in engaging at C-level with new and existing customers in architecting and demonstrating the solutions relevant to their business requirements.
- You will be creating customer personas and customer journeys to create impact and interest around the solutions offerings.
- You will work closely with product engineering and development teams to ensure that our solutions offerings are competitive, compelling and address customer needs.
- You will be acting as a functional authority and trusted advisor to help our clients on their digital transformation journey, listening, challenging, anticipating, and making recommendations by building a digital transformation roadmap with them.
- You will collaborate, partner, and consult with customer stakeholders at all levels to understand their bank's and wealth managers' business strategy, challenges, and opportunities and articulating how Temenos can help them achieve their objectives.
SKILLS
- Experience working in retail and core banking digital wealth management transformation projects, and other financial institutions.
- Understanding of Value Chain in Private banking / Wealth management (Digital, Front -, Middle and Back offices with the relevant Data Connectivity).
- Experience in pre-sales and related sales activities.
- Wealth Management experience.
- Particular interest in financial services industry; trends, challenges, innovations, particularly on Corporate Banking.
- Client-facing role acting as trusted partner to C-level business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate complexity and deal with ambiguity.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a can-do approach to problem-solving.
- Global mindset, team spirit, and desire to make a real impact.
