We’re a fintech savings app in hyper-growth, helping a new generation build wealth and buy their first homes faster. Behind the scenes, our operations and engineering teams power a sophisticated savings platform – and now we’re hiring a Product Manager to lead and scale the systems and workflows that make it all tick.

This isn’t about UI polish or growth loops. It’s about building the engine room: the systems that administer our savings platform and the tools that help us run faster, leaner, and more automated as we scale.

Why this role matters

We’re processing more transfers, withdrawals, and interest events every day – and the manual work behind them doesn’t scale. Your mission is to own the internal systems and workflows that keep our savings platform running smoothly. You’ll improve how we administer accounts, identify where automation and tooling can eliminate manual steps, and bring those solutions to life – sometimes yourself, using no-code tools.

You'll work directly for our CPO and co-founder, owning a critical part of the product that keeps our platform scalable, efficient, and compliant as we grow.

What you'll be doing:

• Own the internal systems and tooling that support transfers, withdrawals, and interest administration.
• Spot manual, inefficient processes and design scalable workflows – from automating steps to redesigning how they work end-to-end.
• Brief engineering on complex platform changes where needed (e.g. new withdrawal logic, timing rules).
• Deliver internal tooling for operations and compliance teams – sometimes using no-code platforms like Retool or Zapier to get there faster.
• Be the decision-maker on when we move from manual to automated, and how.

You might be a fit if you:

• Have product-managed internal systems or operational platforms, ideally in fintech, banking, or a regulated environment.
• Are process-obsessed and system-savvy – you love mapping out flows and finding points to improve or automate them.
• Have hands-on experience with no-code tools or a strong desire to use them to ship fast.
• Know how to brief engineers clearly and think holistically about how operations, tech, and compliance interact.
• Bonus points if you're a whizz in Intercom – and understand how support tooling links into product operations.
• Want to own and shape a critical part of the platform in a fast-scaling, mission-driven team.
