This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Expert at Tembo. The Mortgage Expert will be responsible for providing expert advice on mortgages, helping customers in finding the best mortgage options to maximise affordability. Our mortgage team benefit from pre booked qualified appointments and have the full support of a case management team. Occasional evening and weekend work will be required.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years+ experience as a mortgage broker
  • World class customer service skills
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and mortgage lending practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Professional certification in mortgages (CeMAP or equivalent)
