Tembo is seeking a Director of Platform & Reliability to own the technical foundations across AWS/Azure, driving reliability, resilience, security, and observability. This is a hands-on, director-level IC role reporting to the CTO, with no direct reports but significant influence on architecture, standards, and engineering practices.

You will partner with the CTO, Head of Engineering, and CISO to ensure a secure, cost-efficient, and scalable platform that supports Tembo’s growth and regulatory requirements.
