About the job
We’re looking for an experienced Performance Marketing manager to help us deliver growth in both our mortgage and savings app business. The role will entail:
- Directly managing and executing user acquisition campaigns across paid media channels (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and Apple Search Ads) with a significant budget.
- Monitoring performance and continuously optimising campaigns using data-led insights.
- Managing the tracking, analysis, and reporting of growth activity.
- Working closely with our small but mighty marketing team to deliver on our huge growth goals.
Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing with at least six-figure budgets.
- An expert in Meta, Google and TikTok’s ad platforms.
- You have recently been directly managing optimisation in platform (not just overseeing work by direct reports or agencies) with significant seven-figure budgets.
- Ability to write compelling and optimised ad copy. Eye for static and video ad creation a bonus.
- Deep understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and A/B testing.
- Experience with MMPs like Appsflyer.
- Experience in a B2C product-led business, driving growth to an app alongside a website.
- Organised and process-driven - you want to test the right things in the right order.
- Obsessed with data analysis - you don’t make decisions based on gut feel.
- Comfortable with both day-to-day execution & strategic thinking.
- A team player who cares about collaboration - you’ll get the team behind your initiatives.
- Collaborative, with exceptional communication skills.
