We work with some of the biggest names in the events industry, helping our clients grow audiences, increase revenue and deliver stronger commercial results.
This is a senior, strategic role with the opportunity to build and lead TEMBO’s digital and growth function. Initially, you will take ownership of digital delivery across client campaigns, leading paid media activity, CRM strategy and performance reporting. As the function grows, you will recruit, mentor and lead a specialist team, allowing you to focus increasingly on strategy, consultancy and growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining hands-on expertise with commercial thinking and wants the opportunity to build something meaningful within a growing business.
Key Responsibilities- Growth Strategy & Leadership
- Define and lead TEMBO's digital and growth strategy across client campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to improve client performance, lead generation and audience growth.
- Shape and develop TEMBO's digital, CRM and HubSpot proposition.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to align digital activity with wider commercial objectives.
- Contribute to the future direction of TEMBO's digital services and growth plans.
- Client Consultancy & Strategic Support
- Act as a trusted adviser to clients on digital marketing, CRM, audience growth and marketing technology.
- Lead strategic conversations with senior stakeholders.
- Translate performance data into practical commercial recommendations.
- Support pitches, proposals and business development opportunities.
- Represent TEMBO at client meetings, industry events and speaking opportunities.
- Digital Campaign Leadership
- Lead the planning, execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta and other relevant platforms.
- Provide strategic oversight of campaign performance while remaining comfortable delivering hands-on activity where required.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned to client objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve performance and return on investment.
- CRM, HubSpot & Marketing Technology
- Lead CRM strategy across client projects, with a strong focus on HubSpot.
- Advise on segmentation, automation, lead nurturing and customer journeys.
- Support CRM implementation and migration projects.
- Champion best practice in marketing technology and data management.
- Work closely with internal specialists to develop scalable systems and processes.
- Reporting & Performance
- Oversee campaign reporting and performance analysis across all digital channels.
- Ensure accurate tracking through GA4, Google Tag Manager and CRM platforms.
- Use data to drive decision-making and improve results.
- Present clear insights and recommendations to both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Building the Growth Function
- Establish processes, frameworks and best practices for digital delivery.
- Recruit, mentor and develop future team members as the function expands.
- Help shape the structure and future direction of the department.
- Transition from hands-on delivery to strategic leadership as the team grows.
- Strong experience in digital marketing, growth marketing or performance marketing.
- Proven success delivering lead generation and audience growth campaigns.
- Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and marketing technology, ideally including HubSpot.
- Comfortable interpreting data and translating it into commercial recommendations.
- Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and clients.
- Commercially minded with a genuine interest in business growth.
