We’re building a serious digital and data capability inside TEMBO. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of HubSpot and paid media delivery now, and help us scale it into a high-performing function over the next 12–18 months. This is a hands-on role to start. You’ll lead CRM and paid media delivery across multiple clients, while shaping how we develop and grow this part of the business.
Over time, you’ll help define the structure, build the team, and play a key role in turning digital into a core revenue stream for TEMBO. You’ll report into the Marketing Director and work closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
Why This Role is Different
You will build and shape TEMBO’s digital and data capability from the ground up, working directly with senior clients across major event portfolios. In the first 6–12 months, your focus is delivery and ownership. After that, you’ll scale a team, refine the offer, and help define how we take HubSpot and digital performance to market. If you want a role where you can take real ownership, influence direction, and build something meaningful, this is it.
About TEMBO
TEMBO MARKETING is a division within TEMBO. We support event organisers and businesses with marketing, content, training and consultancy. We start with the problem and build the right solution around it. Our clients range from global exhibition organisers to fast-growing event brands. We work across entire portfolios, not just individual campaigns. We are also an official HubSpot Support Partner, helping clients with CRM migration, optimisation and ongoing performance. Digital & data is a key area of growth for us. This role sits at the centre of that.
What You’ll Own:

- Clean, structure and improve data for better decision-making
- Build dashboards and reporting that clients actually use
- Set up lead scoring and attribution models that link to commercial outcomes
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients at different levels of digital maturity
- Paid Media & Performance
- Own paid campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn
- Set up and manage tracking through GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Analyse performance and turn it into clear, practical recommendations
- Optimise campaigns against agreed KPIs and commercial goals
- Work closely with wider marketing teams to ensure campaigns are joined up
- Client Ownership
- Act as the go-to for digital and CRM across your accounts
- Translate technical detail into clear actions and decisions
- Build trust with clients through delivery, clarity and consistency
- Spot opportunities to improve performance and expand scope
- Building the Function
- Help shape how digital and data evolves within TEMBO
- Contribute to how we position and sell HubSpot and performance marketing
- Support the hiring and development of a Digital Executive
- Share knowledge and raise capability across the wider team
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience with HubSpot, including migration and optimisation
- Proven track record managing paid campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn
- Solid understanding of GA4, tracking and attribution
- Comfortable working across multiple clients and projects
- Able to explain complex ideas in a clear, practical way
- Commercially aware. You understand how performance connects to revenue
- Confident taking ownership and making decisions
- Agency experience helps, but it’s not essential.
- Line management experience is useful, but this is primarily about ownership and capability.
What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)
- HubSpot projects delivered cleanly and confidently
- Paid campaigns running with clear performance improvements
- Clients seeing you as their go-to for digital and CRM
- Reporting that drives action, not just visibility
- Clear foundations in place to scale the function
