TEMBO is looking for a Head of Digital to lead and shape our digital marketing and CRM offering. This is a senior, strategic role responsible for defining our digital approach across client campaigns, while also delivering hands-on campaign management in the short term. In the early stages, you will take ownership of all digital campaigns across the agency. As the function grows, you will build and lead a digital team, moving into a more strategic and leadership-focused role over time. This is an exciting opportunity to establish and scale a digital function within a fast-growing, multi-award-winning event marketing agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy and Leadership
- Define and lead TEMBO’s digital marketing strategy across all client campaigns
- Act as the senior digital lead across key accounts, advising clients on best practice and growth opportunities
- Shape campaign strategies across paid media, CRM and data to drive measurable results
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to align digital activity with wider marketing objectives
- Campaign Ownership (Initial Phase)
- Manage and deliver all paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn
- Oversee campaign planning, execution and optimisation
- Ensure campaigns are performance-driven and aligned to client targets
- Provide hands-on support across tracking, reporting and platform setup
- CRM and Data Strategy
- Lead on CRM strategy, with a strong focus on HubSpot
- Advise clients on CRM setup, data structure and segmentation
- Oversee data migration projects and ensure best practice implementation
- Drive the use of data to improve campaign performance and decision-making
- Performance and Optimisation
- Own performance reporting across all digital channels
- Ensure tracking is correctly set up using GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Continuously optimise campaigns to improve ROI and lead generation
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights for clients
- Team Growth and Development
- Build and scale the digital team as demand grows
- Define roles, processes and best practices for digital delivery
- Mentor and support junior team members over time
- Transition from hands-on delivery to a more strategic leadership role
About You
- Strong experience in digital marketing, ideally within events, B2B or lead generation
- Proven ability to create and deliver high-performing digital strategies
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, ideally HubSpot
- Experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Confident working with both senior stakeholders and hands-on campaign delivery
- Comfortable building processes and working in a growing business
