Temaki Mayfair is looking for a Junior Sous Chef with a strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine to join our leadership team for an exciting new restaurant opening in the heart of Mayfair. This is a handsâon role suited to a motivated chef ready to take the next step, supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef while maintaining high standards across the kitchen.

Responsibilities
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Running sections confidently during service.
- Ensuring high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Assisting with staff training, mentoring, and development.
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation.
- Contributing to prep planning and service flow.
What We're Looking For
- Strong knowledge and experience in Japanese cuisine.
- Previous experience as a Senior CDP or Junior Sous Chef.
- Excellent knife skills and product understanding.
