Temaki Mayfair is looking for a Chef de Partie with a passion for Japanese cuisine to join our team for an exciting new restaurant opening in the heart of Mayfair. We specialise in premium-casual Japanese food, focusing on hand-rolls, sushi, and modern Japanese dishes, delivered with precision, quality, and consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Running a section during prep and service
  • Preparing and cooking Japanese dishes to a high standard
  • Maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and food safety
  • Supporting junior chefs and kitchen porters
  • Working closely with senior chefs to deliver smooth service

  • Previous experience in Japanese cuisine preferred
