What the job involves
- You’ll learn how the team builds a generational brand system, and you’ll contribute real output every week. The job is to ship reliably and well, freeing senior designers to lead the work rather than make all of it.
- Produce polished brand and campaign assets across web, lifecycle, social, decks and one-pagers.
- Adapt key visuals into channel-ready formats and keep files clean, organised and easy to reuse.
- Maintain and extend the design system templates and components so good becomes the default.
- Build AI workflows into your own production process to ship more, faster, without losing the bar.
- You will report into the Head of Brand, with day-to-day support from Senior and Lead designers.
Ship the work:
- Execute high-quality brand and campaign assets across all marketing surfaces, following (and strengthening) the design system.
- Adapt key visuals into channel-ready formats: web, lifecycle, social, decks, one-pagers.
- Prep files for handoff, manage versioning, and ensure accuracy and consistency end-to-end.
Strengthen the system:
- Maintain and expand templates and components so the team’s baseline lifts over time.
- Keep files clean, organised and reusable by others – leave the system better than you found it.
- Spot gaps in the system and propose fixes rather than working around them.
Move fast with AI:
- Use AI tools intentionally to accelerate your own production work.
- Build repeatable workflows (prompt patterns, asset pipelines, automations) that compound across projects.
- Evaluate AI output critically – speed is only useful if the bar holds.
Collaborate and grow:
- Work closely with Content, PMM and Growth partners to turn briefs into clean output.
- Take feedback well, iterate quickly, ship to a high standard with increasing independence.
- Bring proposed options to reviews, not just open questions.
