Tem-Energy is seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer for Origination & New Products.

This hands‑on technical leader will steer a three‑person squad through ambitious, ambiguous build work—deep Rosso integration, pricing capability, and deal‑gating risk tooling.

You’ll partner with the Engineering Manager and commercial stakeholders to translate company targets into engineering outcomes, growing origination volume through new products and scaling Sell Side internationally.
