Who We Are: We are rebuilding the energy transaction, making it transparent and fair. Our goal is to put power back where it belongs, in the hands of customers and to take on one of the most critical problems of our century, access to low cost electricity. We exist to fix a broken global energy market that’s long favoured legacy operators, intermediaries, and opaque pricing. Today’s electricity system was not designed for rapid decarbonisation, AI-driven efficiency or fair access for the actual users - businesses and generators. We’ve built the first AI native transaction infrastructure to reinvent how electricity is bought, sold and priced. Our technology is designed to cut out the inefficient fees, automate complex market flows, and bring transparency and fairness to energy transactions at scale.

The Role: We’re hiring a Senior GTM Manager to join the Buy Engine. We predominantly sell through a partner network to SME businesses, and this role owns partner activation from systems to story. You’ll build the automation layer that makes the programme scalable, run the events and community engine that builds trust in market, drive the ABM plays that generate targeted pipeline, and translate our product complexity into narratives partners and buy-side clients actually use. The metric you move is new pipeline generated.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and automate: design and ship the agentic workflows that remove manual drag from events, partner comms, and product marketing, and keep building the GTM automation stack as the programme grows.
  • Run partner activation: own the events programme end to end, drive stickiness and engagement on our core activation channels, and run GTM experiments inside our fortnightly sprint rhythm, compounding the playbook sprint by sprint.
  • Translate complexity into narrative: turn the hardest parts of energy into positioning partners can sell and customers are persuaded by, and keep the market story consistent and specific.
  • Own the intelligence loop: turn customer insights into structured signals that actively challenge and improve our positioning and GTM priorities, and own competitive intelligence on our key GTM bets.
  • Measure what matters: track what each activation play costs in time and money and what it returns in pipeline, own the reporting inside the fortnightly rhythm, and build the institutional memory that means the engine doesn’t reset when people join or leave.

Requirements:

  • Must-Haves:
    • Builder orientation: you ship fast, draw on experience, and don’t need a fully formed brief to move.
    • Systems thinking in parallel: you can zoom out from daily execution to build the infrastructure that scales the programme, and do both at once.
    • Marketing literacy across the full GTM stack: positioning, narrative, activation, and channel strategy.
    • Hands-on, daily use of AI or no-code tools, with evidence you’ve built real workflows rather than one-off experiments.
    • B2B or B2B2C channel experience: you’ve marketed through or to a partner network, not just direct.
    • Comfortable operating at pace in a Series B environment where the playbook is being written as you go and the standards matter.
  • Desirable:
    • Experience owning or contributing to an ABM programme.
    • Community or events programme ownership.
    • Exposure to complex or regulated industries where product narrative is genuinely hard, such as energy, fintech, infrastructure, or healthcare.

Benefits & Perks:

  • Competitive salary - our current band for this role is [salary band] or equivalent in local currency.
  • Stock options so everyone has ownership in our mission.
  • 25 days holiday plus public holidays.
  • Swap public holidays for the ones that matter most to you, and enjoy your birthday off.
  • Remote first and flexible working, with clear core hours and no internal meetings on Friday afternoons.
  • Up to £1,200 or €1,200 per year for your remote setup.
  • Up to £150 or €150 per month for wellbeing.

Interview Process: We move fast. Most processes take 2 to 3 weeks from first chat to offer. If you need us to adapt anything, let us know.

We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, experiences, and identities, including those that are traditionally underrepresented in the tech and energy sectors. If you’re excited about this role but not sure you meet every requirement, we’d still love to hear from you. Your unique perspective could be exactly what we’re looking for.
