The successful candidate will create new partner opportunities in Communications/Media, BFSI, and convert those opportunities into revenue-generating, profitable partnerships with the world's leading disruptors. They will identify potential partners, initiate contact, and build strong relationships. The successful applicant will have a deep understanding of the industry, staying updated on market trends, and leveraging insights to create compelling value propositions. Additionally, they will engage in strategic negotiations, develop tailored partnership proposals, and ensure seamless integration and collaboration to maximize mutual benefits and drive sustained growth.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop opportunities from zero to close, managing the cycle from initial discovery to solution scoping and development, proposal creation, negotiation, and contracting.
- Creatively source access to key target clients through networking, referrals, events, marketing collaborations, outbound prospecting, ecosystem, and creative ideas.
- Use insight-based selling techniques to identify challenges within prospective partner customer operations and business models, gaining access to key stakeholders for deeper discussions on how TELUS Digital can solve the problems.
- Adapt to the distinct needs and solutions required for clients ranging from start-ups to scale-ups and mature innovators, accommodating variation in buying processes at each maturity stage.
- Sell multi-year BPO contracts for CX, Technical Support, Sales Funnel Operations, Community, Trust, Safety, AI, Risk, and augmented operations.
- Craft deliverable solutions to solve the specific challenges faced by prospective clients.
- Track identified opportunities through the pipeline and Salesforce, ensuring progress through the funnel and capturing key information; report deal status as your responsibility.
Requirements
- 7+ years of sales experience in BPO / Call center / Outsourcing services.
- Proven track record of closing $5 Million+ revenue growth per year in a call center / BPO environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is required.
- Proven and demonstrable experience in developing, leading, and influencing C-Level discussions with target clients.
- Resourceful ability to access target client organisations internationally to build relationships.
- Strong experience and competency in closing deals.
- Ability to map stakeholders and network within a target client organisation.
- Natural interest in capturing intelligence and sharing with internal teams to enhance the overall development of TELUS Digital.
